The Twelve Traditions

The Twelve Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous are based on The Twelve Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. Click here to download a monograph interpreting The Twelve Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous according to the spirit in which they were written.

This is a personal interpretation reflecting an open and flexible approach to The Twelve Traditions, in keeping with the approach that the creator of the Twelve Traditions, Bill Wilson, takes in his writings about them.
